We are running a test environment and are ready to implement MDOP MBAM on our Windows 8.1 and 7 notebooks.

formally we used McAfee Enpoint Encription (MEE). With this software we were able to display a "Warning message" with a startup screen from MEE? Is it possible to create a disclaimer message with Bitlocker too? 

I already digged into the policies from Bitlocker itself and the MDOP part. But there is no such option available? 

Is there a way to display a text like that in the Bitlocker startup screen.

Based on my knowledge, I cant find an option to add message in BitLocker startup screen.

As this requirement is about MDOP, to receive better support, it is recommended to post in the TechNet MDOP forum.
